  • I was recently with colleagues at the farm Francis Balle, the best Winery and the best Winery in all of Barolo. Holders of the certificate of excellence and pride of driving Four Goblets. I went here twice in one week, in the late afternoon, to come into contact with reality # 1 of Barolo and to purchase their prestigious products. It was a real pleasure to be welcomed and received at the reception room and then the winery. Pleasant was the tasting of various wines from their products, accompanied by local food tastes great and the entertainment provided by the family Borgogno, Ms Silvia, Mr. Francis and his wife. Certainly a day I will come back there again and I will recommend it to my next of kin to come here to live this experience. I strongly advise you also to all of you the company Francis Balle, is something beautiful and wonderful!

  • We spent two hours in the company of Mrs., tasting fine wine, tasting local products and exchanging views on traditional recipes (salsa verde, vitello tonnato, the cuts to the boiled meat). Courtesy, kindness, devotion to their work, respect of local products and tradition; This is the Italy that I like. We return, we will taste again and buy more wine (the Cookie has a value, in my opinion, overtime).

  • The perfect place for a wine tasting in the langhe. Wine, food, hospitality, passion and expertise. We were able to taste four wines produced on the estate, accompanied by cold cuts, cheese, chocolate and a pleasant chat with family. Just what we were looking for coming in!
