  • Historical cellar of the challenge, with free admission, well maintained and guarded, historical indications in more languages and very comprehensive. There are dresses that I think are reproductions, even if well done. To visit, as well as all over town.

  • The visit is free and is very short but impressive. Upon entering leaps to the eye, on the left, a huge fireplace with a beautiful wooden table with benches: the mind cannot do not rush back in time and see the fireplace with Diners, French and Italian, sitting around the table while eating and drinking! In this Inn, in fact, was the famous French offense, at that time the dominators, and the Italians, a people not yet well defined geographically but who had its own identity and culture and which resulted in the proud response of 13 riders. You can see also the reproductions of the dresses of the time. The entrance is marked by an old iron flag, bearing the insignia of the old Tavern of the Sun. Definitely worth visiting.

  • Admission is free for visitors to the castle of Barletta. The visit is quick and not very exciting but the cellar is well maintained and well worth a visit as historic Italian place.
