  • I made use of the thermal pool. For years with my husband we go in a thermal pool of Mail Marcucci. Among the other day we went and found several changes data from new management: first, the price of admission from 18 euro rose to 27 euro! Then the inability to get out on my lunch break and be imprisoned with the only option of eating in the kiosk. Menu offered: toast, caprese and little else. No traditional local dish. The purpose of the new management is to limit entry to the general public, in the name of a bogus luxury, but the only effect is to impoverish an entire country. The other day we went to the thermal baths of Bagni di San Filippo

  • Decades of customer as all my family and many friends, I came back after the renovation of the pool, and not only that, following the recent change of ownership. For intellectual honesty I leave a good overall score-and God forbid, everything is perfect-but I'm leaving with a bad impression and a huge disappointment for the reduction of that wonderful little corner of Val d'Orcia all'ennesimo Center "exclusive" not if they felt just no need. High prices, price list built specifically to deter a flow in most popular character. In return, each space is spotless, checked and edited. The hotel Posta is definitely become a great wellness center, perfectly kept, but, perhaps because of company policy, has lost all detail original charm and atmosphere that characterized him, and that made the stay a unique experience. This writer is certainly not a crisis to buy admission tickets, for which no bitterness about costs, excessive anyway: it is the distortion of the site that will discourage further returns in what will remain a happy memory of the past, with a gratitude to the hospitality made for decades by family Macey to the thousands of tourists who have stayed there (of all geographical and social backgrounds) at the heart of the old managers who, like so many honest businessmen, capable, strong, friendly, intuitive and innovators from real, have opened to the world (literally) the beauty of the Val d'Orcia. These entrepreneurs, local authorities and the citizens themselves of this beautiful land where up to two/three decades ago they fled in search of better opportunities, have enabled the development of these places have become accessible to all. I would like to point out that, in the countless times I have been in the pool, the restaurant, or just on the streets of Bagno Vignoni, I've never encountered any conduct or acts of rudeness on the part of any tourist, whether alone or in a group, as if the peace and surrounding beauty conferred an objective respect for people and nature. Why argue that it makes no sense to turn certain places in "reserves for wealthy", if not for the acquisition of an apparently more lucrative and exclusive, and that selected these choices have no connection with the context. Tuscany is the Switzerland or certain areas of Tyrol, where are you going to isolate you and the wellness center look alike: there is a popular root millenarian, a tradition, a culture that has to be done live, discover and love. At all.

  • I should point out that I did not partake of the hotel but the pool only .. ... ... more €27 €5 swimming pool for headphone ... paid €32 and nn you no service if not only the table still bar 2 pastas and two bottles of water 500 ml tot €6 ... I was also disappointed because I went to this place and nn was so before the change management. If nn they want extra persons in the pool than the ones of the hotel would do well to nn let them in for nothing.
