  • Unfortunately the villa despite apparent efforts, altogether is in a State of decay. Especially the back garden and interior of the villa.

  • Shame and indignation at such a spectacle of human mediocrity and dullness shortsighted of anyone who has received the gift of a precious thing and should, and if not able should be forced to do it, care for it and hand it in the best way. But the State, understood in all possible ramifications where? .... all unattended, then left to the creativity of vandals ... (see the little heart in the picture, but it is not the only time) I am attaching some photos that I say everything! As a traveler is that regardless of the State of things I would recommend anyway to visit it while paying the offering of € 6 that even more drive up the level of outrage!

  • Instead of having the usual Sunday on the couch the beautiful day hooked us up for a walk in Bagheria and see the famous villa of the film Tornatore, Baaria. I was a little skeptical reading other reviews. It is true the Villa is not in optimal conservation status but I am a romantic and I like the decadent style. The two large rooms on the first floor are still interesting though devoid of furniture. Nice stairway and curious statues. The entrance fee of 6 euro is actually overkill, 3 euros would be a fairer price for what it offers.

  • I visited the villa a few years ago, took the train from Palermo and walked all the way from the train station. I'll never forget the experience, it is still the quirkiest place in the world and an amazing experience. I do recommend anyone who has an opportunity to visit. I'd like very much to return to see it again.
  • Amazing villa, very different mainly thanks to plenty of figures of creatures standing on all walls of villa. Impressive experoence of bagheria
  • Palogonia Villa, called villa of monsters, with a fascinating history. Nice to see and photograph, preserving a piece of history man from Bagheria.

  • Overpriced 10-minute visit. 6 euro too by 10 years. Villa carina ... but certainly not from 5 stars
