  • ... If only to be enhanced a little! There are many villas in Bagheria Palermo area that should be seen, amongst these surely Villa Palagonia, also known as the Villa of monsters. Pity that almost all non genuine appreciation. This for example, aesthetically beautiful, has visited only two rooms (one of which, it must be said alone deserves the whole visit). The rest is closed because inhabited or visibly unfit for use. The price of the tour is € 6 no guide, a little excessive considering that the exit we were asked back even the brochure ... Sin, so much beauty and nobody seems to care.

  • Hello, The Villa is beautiful but there is no explication about its history etc, it's a pity ... Moroever, the flyer in French that they give you is full of mistakes. It's a shame for a paid visit ......  more »
  • Since adolescence I loved strolling up and down what is left of the Park .... its battlements of strange beings, half man, half animal made me fantasize about unknown worlds. Then enter the main floor and check out the Hall of mirrors ... whim of Prince who wanted his guests immediately deformed like him ...

  • I visited the villa a few years ago, took the train from Palermo and walked all the way from the train station. I'll never forget the experience, it is still the quirkiest place in the world and an amazing experience. I do recommend anyone who has an opportunity to visit. I'd like very much to return to see it again.
  • Amazing villa, very different mainly thanks to plenty of figures of creatures standing on all walls of villa. Impressive experoence of bagheria
  • Palogonia Villa, called villa of monsters, with a fascinating history. Nice to see and photograph, preserving a piece of history man from Bagheria.

  • Overpriced 10-minute visit. 6 euro too by 10 years. Villa carina ... but certainly not from 5 stars
