  • The ascent to the Summit is recommended for a panoramic view of the city, of course better if on a sunny day. The large space lends itself well to a picnic, otherwise you can make a stop at the adjacent cloister.

  • This is a must visit when you are at Assisi. Go to the top of the castle to appreciate the amazing beauty of Assisi. The castle itself is a beauty. 
  • The views are insanely beautiful, and the fortress itself is interesting. The site could have better information. It starts out well with a couple of large intimation panels, but that's about it.
  • If you like tight dungeons and great views this is the place !! Ticket is only 5€ !
  • there is a 1 person parapet that leads to the corner watch tower. the view from this point is breathtaking. it overlooks the basilica, the town and the entire valley. will never forget that moment.
