  • ... And down a few stairs we found in this corner of Assisi where supposed to be born on Santo. A little piece of history. Very private and simple. Nearby there is also a small Museum of Arts and crafts in Assisi. Is operated by a grandfather who with so much tenderness shows its collections. The two visits!

  • Near the new church there is this tiny Oratory; Mystic place Franciscan religious, because he was considered the birthplace of the Saint, but unconfirmed. Considered, however, "the shrine of the birth".

  • Meet the birthplace of San Francesco is just wonderful, even more than in the time that I was there was empty, no tourists. This oratorio is next to the House where lived San Francesco.
