  • It is a few kilometers walk by very difficult trails, both in ascent and descent. Too bad I didn't get us all, because it was late and would have to go back in the dark. Requires a lot of physical effort on back. Anyway, is a nature reserve in which San Francesco was your walks and that's enough to imagine that the sensation is very good!

  • The walk here from the Basilica di San Francesco was wonderful. Truly beautiful woods - very peaceful, and away from the crowds you'll find in Assisi. An easy hike, well marked and maintained. There are lots of things to discover that the maps will point out to you if you feel adventurous.
  • Beautiful, one of our favorite places. Often we spend with our friends at two and four legged our weekend at Woods. In the summer we do some nice picnic and in winter when the stream is in full the falls are a sight to behold.

  • Trail groomed and charming. Great job of FAI. Overall I have to say, being a family of 5 persons, € 19 for entry seem a little excessive (5 €/adulto and € 3/bambino).
