  • This castle is perhaps one of those who has had one of the longest and most complicated stories: thanks to the gracious guide who escorted us for all we discovered it was built and rebuilt several times throughout his life, changing rooms and facilities depending on the period. In was last used as a prison until 1982, then as now a museum. Is a short walk from the Centre, next to the ponte di Cecco. Deserves a visa, if only to see what was inside, know its troubled history allows you to better understand the history of our country.

  • A beautiful museum within walking distance from the Centre of Ascoli Piceno. Staff friendly and helpful. The moseo is also equipped with an internal lift for wheelchair access. Recommend a stop to indiscriminate in Ascoli.

  • Fortified building built near ponte di Cecco, who was forced to step into the city from the East. Is located near the banks of the river Carlos, the current fortress was entirely rebuilt on the ruins of an earlier fortress at the behest of Lord of Rimini Galeotto Malatesta in the mid-14th century. Reopened to the public in 2010 after about ten years of restoration, it houses a museum complex multifunctional.
