  • If you are in the area of Arzachena and visit the village The Releases, head to nearby mushroom rock. It is a natural monument which is located on the outskirts of Arzachena, in the North of Sardinia and is one of many examples of granite rocks in this area of the North East is shaped and eroded by the forces of nature. This big natural monument is located north east of the Centre of Arzachena, in an elevated position, on a hill called Mount Incappiddatu in Sardinian language, translated into Italian monte with the hair and the eyes of those who come to observe it from the low road nearby looks just like a huge mushroom. To get there follow the signs that are in the center of the country or like us and ask to those who live in Arzachena.
