  • During an outing with friends in Valle d'Aosta to the Christmas markets, we booked for lunch of your visit to this historic sausage factory for the King the lard of Arnad, obviously with a tasting. What about ... a wonderful and pleasant surprise made of warmth, courtesy, kindness, availability, effectiveness, quality. Highest quality products, mouth watering with only the senses of smell and sight exploding in a riot of emotions to the taste. A few seats in the shop in the basement, but excellent availability in you try what you desire, a wine cellar and bottle of wine and a money do not fear rivals with anyone, in poche parole anyone should go there and try it with your senses.

  • A stop here on the way to or from the Aosta Valley is a must. Unfortunately today the lard 6 months was not available, but we tasted cured 3 months and it was awesome just the same. Shopping for typical products a go go. Selection of wines from the Valley. The available tables are few unfortunately, so you may have to wait, as they are all very nice and helpful but the waiter didn't shine for speed. In the age of giant Mocha coffee capsules, you appreciate the old fashioned way.

  • Great shop attached to the sausage factory. Selling products and salami from the Aosta Valley. Highly recommended, recommended even comes from Aosta or Turin exit Verrès.

  • I returned to this "tasty" after a few years and there is always a pleasure and a new discovery. This time I found a nice restaurant just outside of the House and which I assume is the same owners; However, we opted to go into the store and see what is good and we found that the "new" basement there was a small bistro for the tasting of wines, spirits, meats and cheeses along with some frozen meals, more home Baire; the setting was great, light wooden walls, comfortable setting and made of wood.
