  • Having already tasted the lard product from the sausage factory, returning from The Thuille stopped by with a friend for a "touch and go" in this company which I believe has been able to combine the art of doing good according to tradition with a modern yet classical philosophy of the service workshop. Wide and varied selection for a unique quality. Adjusted prices, courtesy and simplicity valdostana which are an added value.

  • LARDOPOLI. Do not offend the little more than 1300 Arnadins that inhabit this beautiful town of Arnad if I renamed their country. Certainly we are in the "lard" and the keys of heaven's Gate has a descendant of this family tradition that has kept local Bertolin integrates with commitment and passion. The result is a sausage deliciously refined, from retrobocca fragrant and delicate scent. The lard of Arnad wins all round in the match with the lard, the latter with less personality and character. A visit to the sausage factory worth alone a trip to the Valley and then if you stop for lunch you can try these and other deliciousness of home. Enjoy your meal

  • We stopped for home but it was worth it! Excellent typical products from the Valle d'Aosta, whether to buy it to try on site thanks to wonderful tastings. Courtesy and kindness of the staff make the park truly exceptional. Definitely deserves a look.

  • I returned to this "tasty" after a few years and there is always a pleasure and a new discovery. This time I found a nice restaurant just outside of the House and which I assume is the same owners; However, we opted to go into the store and see what is good and we found that the "new" basement there was a small bistro for the tasting of wines, spirits, meats and cheeses along with some frozen meals, more home Baire; the setting was great, light wooden walls, comfortable setting and made of wood.
