Salumificio Maison Bertolin Reviews
Chiaramente visibile dall'autostrada da anni mi riprometto di farvi una capatina ma temendo di trovarmi nel classico negozio per turisti ho fino ad ora rimandato. Rimandare è stato un errore, difatti ... more »Clearly visible from the highway for years I plan to take a side trip but dreading to find me in the classic touristy shop I have until now been postponed. Delay was a mistake, in fact the products on display are plentiful and, although not very cheap, are of excellent quality: you will not find better without. In addition to the charcuterie is also a wine cellar, the valle d'Aosta is experiencing a Renaissance and wine goblets of red shrimp Flake as if it rains, making us a ride costs nothing. You can taste everything is for sale and on the floor below to enjoy a rich one-digit abbordabilissima cutting board; discounts are often available on flyers or coupons that you may request or receive in museums and/or attractions (such as the parking lot of the Bard) for example we only paid the wine (an excellent Fumin). Note about the opportunity to view a short introductory business course display case on the various stages of production. Second note to merit the courtesy punctual and preparation, really perfect, staff
Dal lardo di Arnad alla mocetta al Bleu d'Aosta o alla toma di Gressoney .. qui non manca nulla per condividere con chi è rimasto a casa, i sapori e le eccellenze della gastronomia Valdostana more »The lard of Arnad in Aosta or the dried beef Bleu Gressoney toma ... Here there is nothing to share with those back home, the flavors and the excellence of valdaostan gastronomy

Sometimes the products we were satisfied, others less so, having found sometimes (in the Cup and in the speck) a feature not flawless (pointing out the mixup Bertolin there would replace the product but we live too far away to make the change).
A variety of products: meats and cheeses and a selection of wines! Obviously this is the fantastic lard of Arnad, yum! You can visit the sausage factory and observe the processing of products at every stage! Very recommended to stock up on foods typical Aosta Valley!
