  • It was the only museum that we didn't get to visit in Arezzo! We were warned that we would have difficulties, but we really believed it until we found ourselves in front of the keeper of the Museum that he prevented from entering because, according to her, the Museum was closed for the time exposed was supposed to be open! We pointed out the discrepancy and invited us to go away because the Museum was too big and couldn't visit it in that short time, we pointed out that we already have a ticket and that the next day we would not have been able to return, but to no avail, was adamant as in favor me his name!

  • It's a bit that I try to visit this museum. Now, at 14:35 on Saturday, February 4, knowing that should be open until 19, I show up at the entrance and no one knows why it closed. A really bad service, tourists in the first place, and the city of Arezzo, who doesn't deserve a service they say shoddy is give him a compliment

  • So that to take advantage of the opening 15 minutes to 16 a day of the end of October we were in 4 or 5. It's a shame that it's so little visited a Museum of undoubted interest, containing, among many others, beautiful works by Ambrogio Lorenzetti, Parri di Spinello, Neri di Bicci and Giorgio Vasari. Among other things the giant Board considered by some to be the masterpiece of the latter (almost 8x3 meters!) poses a problem of not shooting easy to solve because of the limited space and lighting that creates many reflections. I personally have tried to solve it by combining with Photoshop two photos from different angles. A curiosity: admission is free, yet it is included among those of the combo ticket for the State museums of Arezzo.
