  • The fortezza medicea di Arezzo is located in the upper part of the city, from here you can admire a beautiful view of the entire city of Arezzo, built in the period in which Florence ruled Arezzo, this was recently restored in many parts it is very pleasant to visit, I note that before entering inside the fortress you cross the meadow of Arezzo where is the monument to Francesco Petrarca

  • The Museum interesting enough, but the exposition is, of course, too. Nevertheless, interesting exhibits enough.

  • The building that houses the Museum is rather original, as built (originally as a monastery) on part of the ruins of the Roman amphitheatre, keeping the plant and ground floor incorporating some of the ancient structures. Coming to the content there's not much to see, so positioned somewhat confused, repetitive and old fashioned, also because it is partly preserved the Division of collections that have constituted the origin in 800. A few items of interest that justify a visit, also included in the ticket for the museums of Arezzo. Among these, surely the Euphronios and the collection of Arezzo sealed lands. Incongruous Sabaean era two Yemeni figurines (but are authentic? So ugly compared to those of the Sanaa Museum or even for sale in the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi!)
