  • I've been to the Alfa Romeo historical Museum on 1/14/2017 and I was lucky enough to enjoy the guided tour at no extra charge (normally priced at € 80 but on the initiative of the Museum visit date was simply the standard ticket: 12 €). The Museum is divided into three main subject areas (Timeline, Beauty and speed) in which exposes the most successful models of the casa del Biscione precisely according to the main features of the cars: find a roundup of classic cars in chronological order strictly in the section Timeline; prototypes, exercises in style and design studios of the main Italian historical body (Touring, Pininfarina, etc) with a flourish; glorious racing car (such as the famous GP Type P2 of 1925 or the car brought to the worldwide hit by Larini) in speed. The visit follows a downward path (starting from the top down until you return to the entrance) which also includes watching movies and final contribution to an impressive race in a cinema 4 d! Clean, neat and clear display of the cars and impeccable lighting complete the picture. Only note: the guided tour is too short (about 90 min) and the explanation too fast prevents linger to observe models on display to avoid the risk of losing the explanation of later cars (which is a shame given that the absence of barriers really allows to observe closely the cars). I'm not a real fan of Alfa Romeo, but I am a hopeless lover of engines and motor racing and I must say that the visit to the beautiful Alfa Romeo historical Museum helped me perceive the magnitude of this brand and to understand the concept of "Heart".

  • Magnificent Museum which is trace the history of a great car brand, Italian pride. In my case I participated in the free guided tour that takes place every day at 16.00. The girl who drove us was very competent and prepared. Extremely available to answer any questions and letting us take a dip in the history of this great Italian brand, a visit that lasted nearly two hours. The time flew by. Recommend the Museum to any motor enthusiast and history, not necessarily related to the Alfa Romeo brand. The only downside of the whole experience, at the end of the visit, was the "cinema 4 d" in my opinion. This is a movie theater where it is shown a video with 4 d technology. You are sitting on sports seats that move, 3D glasses, special effects like puffs of air and water vapor. It would be all well and good, the idea is also good, too bad the movie projected both video in computer graphics of medium/low quality ... like a video game a few years ago. A pity, because if we simply had achieved a historic car onboard video with some magnificent fireball track them or some (perhaps the new Giulia quadrifoglio in green hell, circuit that is also mentioned during the visit) surely the result would have been far better and more valued by visitors. Additionally the rows of chairs were moving synchronously, sometimes without observing the movements of the car. Some end went forward more back. Mind that terms such a nice experience with something you could safely avoid or achieve certainly better. Still VOTE to 9 MUSEUM ... a MUST SEE! ;)

  • Incredible. What an amzing, entertainingly informative and very modern exhibition this is. Nicely laid out with detailed information on so very many superb cars that you can walk right up to. And the cars being Alfas are of course achingly beautiful (with a couple of exceptions). The riveting, marvellous, illustrious story of Alfa Romeo's amazing racing pedigree and success that most other marques can only dream of (including Formula 1, Le Mans 24 hours and touring cars) is also nicely covered in detail. The concept cars display hall is literally out of this world. Absolutely superb.
  • Absolutely sensational museum with all the "classics" on show. Easily occupied several hours marvelling at the various exhibits. A must for all Alfa enthusiasts. The cafe serves a very nice meal and excellent coffee as well!! The only "downer" is the huge and empty expanse of the former Alfa Romeo plant nearby, Fiat having transferred all production to their more modern assembly lines elsewhere. Just be prepared for a long trek into the outer regions of Milan if you rely on public transport; you have to travel to the end of the metro and then catch the 121 bus, which drops you near the entrance road. The bus fare requires you to purchase a separate ticket. The 24 hour tickets, which are very useful on the Milan metro, trams and buses within the city zone, aren't valid this far out.
  • Full immersion in the history of one of the most iconic industrial brand of Milan. Apart from beautiful cars, you can discover the story behind Alfa Romeo and it's impact on Milan and Arese
  • An absolute must-see place if you like cars, engines, and aircraft engines from the earlier days of aviation!
  • It was great. The place is modern and cool. The Cafe bár is correct.
