  • The red rocks are one of the many island nature shows that can be accessed on foot from the port of Arbatax! .... in my opinion you can better enjoy the show when you get on the ship docking at the port. It was for me the first image I had of Sardinia approximately 25 years ago coming from Civitavecchia by boat at dawn and thinking that the Red was due to the effect of the Sun on them and finding out after an hour at Sun up their entire beauty!

  • The red rocks are stunning, a landscape typically Ogliastra. Breathtaking views and experience. Sea absolutely wonderful

  • Just a short drive from Tortolì, Arbatax Harbour view, next to the ferry terminal, a beautiful landscape where dramatic cliffs of red porphyry granite and plunge into the blue sea. Unfortunately the area shows disinterest in which, in the early years, the rocks were used as a quarry for building materials.

  • Nice rocks and cliff face with the red stone and a large car park. That pretty much sums it up.
  • Not very clean & no beach. A huge carpark and you can swim off the cliffs
  • Suggestive location for snorkelling and rock diving. The characteristic red cliffs offer plenty of easy spots for some amusing rock diving - just be careful and wait for a local to show you the path to climb up to the spots. The water is always clear and a little bit colder than the surrounding areas; the rocky coast is petty sleek and the sea bottom surpasses the 20m depth very quickly. It's pretty common to do some nice encounter diving over 10m: small groupers, moray eel, snappers, etc. Just watch out for the drift. In general this is not a comfy spot to just lie down and get tan - if you don't like rocks, snorkelling or diving you may want to skip this place.
  • Nothing special. Don't expect to lie anywhere. You see the rocks, quick bath and go.
  • That is, the setting is beautiful. These red rocks worked by the wind that you set on the sea. This opening on the rock that looks like the entrance to the sea. Should be more cared for the surrounding area
