  • These ports were the main access to the city and had to strike than showing Majesty. I still maintain intact the characteristics and side walls are unique in their kind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to dwell a moment to admire the walls with their scars.

  • After many years I came back to Aosta St. Orso fair. I was able to admire this beautiful and majestic monument that makes great idea the power and ingenuity of the civilization of ancient Rome. Passing under the mighty times of Porta Pretoria, along the picturesque wooden bridges (though the Bill a bit too modern stride with the ancient monument features) you remain speechless, ecstatic contemplation of such stonework, built by the Romans more than 2,000 years ago. Absolutely not to be missed when visiting the beautiful city of Aosta.

  • The beauty of Aosta is in being able to maintain the old part merging with modernity, but affect it or otherwise violate the harmony. I think the door Pretoria the symbol.
