  • Known as pools of butter. For lovers of unspoiled places and paradisiacal sceneries, the holes or puddles of Nese are a treasure not to be missed. A stone's throw from the city of Bergamo in valle di Nese unfolds this fun path surrounded by green woods. Water erosion in the Rock formed a number of beautiful pools, different chutes. Some rock formations created by the diagonal and lowered into the water. The puddles and potholes are unique in its kind.

  • No path for all to be taken with due caution but that offers unforgettable views is always fascinating. The sound of water is for me the best music.

  • The place is worth visiting, you can take a refreshing swim and especially is not very crowded so you might even be lucky enough to have one hole just for you (although invevitabilmente will be a place of passage for other adventurers). I left the car at the parking lot of the trattoria del Brugo then I came back on foot to VIA BUTTER which door in the middle of a small village of 4 or 5 houses. We must continue to fall and shortly after you arrive at a crossroads, here goes the path path wrought not through the Meadow (otherwise you will come to a private home) until you get to the river. The river must be crossed in order to continue until you find the first hole (15-20 minute walk from the car park) which is the more readily available then the ' path ' is becoming increasingly dangerous. I don't know how many are the holes in total, I have come to the third then I decided not to go any further. During the afternoon I met a score of people like me were venturing without knowing the place. Do not bring neither children nor the elderly and gear up with sneakers and maybe a backpack with water and something to eat. You can have a picnic. Walking without knowing where you're going, considering the place inaccessible, it is not the best but it was fun. It would be appropriate to put signs with a suggested route, in 2013 is a dead boy.
