  • Eve of August I did this hike with arrival on top of 3220 m starting from the parking lot Palafavera. After arrival at rifugio Coldai at about 9.30 I continued down the path Talia and to reach of the via ferrata Tosin where I found a couple and a Lord of Alleghe. We decided to go up even though it was almost noon. It was the first time I did a via ferrata, had the harness but the set was not built with ropes and carabiners base. Full of enthusiasm I started climbing and admiring the beautiful landscapes that the nature of those places we got. Truly idyllic moments, adrenaline for demanding sections and exceptional views. Got to the top with hints of lightning and Thunder for a short time and a lot of concern about the weather and the ra late, there was the unexpected of my shoes Vibram rubber sole which has completely crumbled, remaining only the metal slab protection against accidents. It was an undertaking for the superhuman effort as far as possible and be able to get off between rain and wet rocks, screes overlooking the normal route and the Lieutenant. It was very exciting, but I went well. Arrived in two in Pecol at 21.15 physically destroyed, tested, but satisfied. Next time more appropriate equipment is obligatory.
