• I state that I am a connoisseur and admirer of the excellence of wines in Sardinia, Saddle no argument for quality and reliability and Moscow, and for this reason, finding no other way to communicate (the official website lacks the voice: contacts), I decided to do it through trip Advisor; As every year, at the exit of the new wine, I bought a couple of bottles of Malebolge, although I always regarded wines sort of fashion; But for an evening light we can also stay; The disappointment upon tasting was very large; If I hadn't had before me the bottle, I would have said I was drinking a little wine from discount stores in tetrapack. ... Dear S&M; but that c. ... happened?

 • In recent days at the gastronomic event <Gola e="" preghiera,="" i="" piatti="" delle="" festività="" religiose="">organized at the Hotel Carlos V, Alghero from Marinella silversmiths, typical regional Cuisine Restaurants tutelary of Doc, I had the opportunity to return, years later, by Riding the beautiful estate founded in 1899 and Moscow, by engineer Erminio Saddle (grandson of Quintino Sella) and the lawyer Edgardo Mosca terraform the land plans and removing boulders of sandstone , limestone and trachyte. Today, the estate (600 hectares) is owned by the Campari Group. I returned-I said-after many years. Then, during the visit, I had accompanied the historic Treviso Director and winemaker Mario Consort. This time the doctor Anna C. Extraordinary wine cellars with historical barrels where the great Sardinian wines are aged. And a nice Museum: delve into the history of this corner of Sardinia to get up to the present day. And at the end of the visit a tasting of some great wines accompanied by carasau bread and cheese of various ages. By standing ovation Cannonau Riserva 2012 as does the Marchese di Villamarina 2010 to close on a sweet note with the fantastic Anghelu Ruju 2005. A true nectar. Saddle Fly as well these <chicche>&, produces a range of labels than ever: from Peaty to Vermentino di Gallura, Carignano del Sulcis Cabernet Sauvignon, from Merlot to Monica. The estate has numerous facilities open to the public and Saddle Moscow: in addition to the historical cellars (built in 1903), the wine cellar and Museum, divided into corporate and archaeological section linked to the necropolis of Anghelu Ruju necropolis, discovered during the same period in the new company, and from which it takes its name from one of the symbol of Sardinia. • Visit the cellars of the saddle is really a Fly & nice experience. Are guided tours every day from Mon to Fri at 17.30 and are free. If you want you can stop for a tasting and you pay by the glass. The place is beautiful and immaculately maintained. I would highly recommend it if you're there.
