  • Fantastic fortified Citadel, symbol of Alexandria. Built from 1732 and home to various barracks can be visited thanks to volunteers. The Citadel is the beautiful Museum of uniforms and hosts many events. Great for a simple walk even for those who are not fond of history.

  • ... where you can walk between art and nature ... close to downtown within walking distance with the new bridge. Here the chaos there is atmosphere of other times and sometimes is home to festivals and events. Often operators do volunteers serve as guides for tours. Nice playground with rides new recycled plastic in the Woods. Convenient and free parking. (Could use only one toilet than chemical).

  • The military Citadel Alexandria symbol that can be visited, at least one that does not fall apart, grz to FAI is an example of a historical site with great potential for the future, now just a nice place to play with kids and dogs, we hope in a project of restoration and enhancement!

  • alecomics, unexpectedly great!
  • A symbol of Alexandria, Fortress begun in 1732 and place where waved the first tricolor of the risorgimento is a beauty that amazes. Awesome was seeing it from above by helicopter if they perceive better the magnitude, the grandeur. Unfortunately I haven't had many opportunities to go there but each time it was awesome. The lawns are manicured. Alas requires great maintenance but it would be the ideal location for many things (exhibitions, cinema, film), and then is an oasis of quiet, green, not far from the city but protected by fortifications. A place from another time that it deserves a reevaluation

  • It's a great place, quiet, relaxing. They met in Museum very well, we moved spiritually at the time many years ago.

  • Citadel is unique in Europe, very large and charming. Some areas, unfortunately, in a State of disrepair but is this too makes it impressive.
