  • This is one of the most gorgeous places to visit if you are an outdoors person. The trails are neverending and packed with stunning views and high-mountain refuges so you don't even have to return to ...  more »
  • We discovered Albareti by choosing an access for us new to rifugio Elm. We are always climbed from the Presolana pass. The Valley is nothing short of enchanting. The route 340 of Cai, departing from Spinelli and is well marked. runs through the Woods on the edge of the stream. You immediately feel immersed in nature the chalets that meet are well maintained the view opens to 360 * ascending altitude. We spotted various animals including eagles, chamois, marmots, and pace of the lambs various Edelweiss re-entry we opted for a variation on the path 320. Day to remember To try again as soon as possible with other itineraries

  • Among the innumerable possibilities for excursions in the parco delle Orobie bergamasche one of the most exciting is the tour of the 5 Lakes of Valgoglio. The lakes are actually 7 of which 5 dams Enel and 2 natural lakes, as well as numerous small ponds. It starts from one of the car parks parks (ask at the bar in the village square which also stopover tickets) from an altitude of about 1000 m s.l. m, then crossing uphill a nice and thick pine forest you get on high pastures. Then an easy trail with ladders goes back a steep wall until you reach around 1800 m altitude on the plain where there is a village of ENEL from which one can see the Lakes Sucotto and Cernello dams. Continue on the right a steep trail that leads to a plateau at around 2000 meters where there is the Black Lake and from where you see the Lake dam is a dam on the right and then on a nice path along the Lake with great views (fjord) to the dfga of lago di Aviasco which you cross to a road on the dam and follow a path cut right into the wall that leads to the most scenic spots on the route. We descend into a Valley North of Lake white and then it goes back to the beautiful Lake of Campelli high. Past the Lake, a descent leads to the plateau of natural lake of Campelli low and at the end of the plateau there is a steep descent into the wall a few hundred meters (with steps and fixed ropes) from which you have a splendid view of the Valley where you see the Lake Cernello (where there is a little refuge open in summer) and lower the Lake Sucotto. After passing down the two lakes comes the village of Enel concluding the wonderful circular route and return to the Valley. It is a wonderful tour for those with a minimum of training.
