  • A must visit in my opinion. Provide a good sunscreen, water and a hat because very little shade. The site is really very good, some temples are in an impressive state of conservation. The site at €1 map is not necessary, especially if you take an audio guide

  • Awesome place and steeped in history. So much hot but it was worth it. Board of Park at the lower entrance and take a taxi (pay, right cost) that accompany up to the upper entrance, then admire the Valley of the temples in descent and exit near the parking lot.

  • Site huge and quality comparable to Paestum. Lovely temples and well-preserved sculptures. Allow plenty of water if it's hot. Can be long for the entry. Bring proof of age of the teenager: we pay full price even if the child is clearly under 18 but does not have proof of age with photo. Free for children less than 18, gardens included but, if the child is over 14 years, there will be a surplus at the entrance to the gardens because it's another organization!

  • Wonderfully preserved Greek temples with view of the Mediterranean. It can get hot so get a map and see the best preserved Temple of Concordia earlier in the visit. Clean restrooms are available near parking and ticket office.
  • Good in part. Great historical experience. Very interesting and valuable place. However, it lacks basic amenities -'no toilets. The worst of it is there are signs indicating that toilets exist, however, one leads to a locked gate stopping you getting there unless you are athlete and can jump over. The other signs lead to the museum which was closed.Pretty miserable experience really.
  • The biggest archeologic site in the world! Definitely a place to stop in for a couple of hours. Highly recommended the electronic guide, for only 5 € fee on top of the ticket.
  • If you like ancient Greek art and don't mind walking, this place is a must. Amazing ruins. So much that sometimes you think you are in a theme park. But only for once, you are not. This is the real thing. Don't forget to see the archaeological museum and the church of San Nicola to make it complete. The stone giants are from out of this world.
  • So historically interesting. A must see for those in the area. Fascinating area. Gorgeous.
