  • Quite a site. You can get a good feel to how the historic city thrived and also some really well preserved structures. Of note there are some fabulous mosaics in really good shape. We were there on a public holiday and the park had out on a set if activities that were reasonably well managed.
  • A luxorious city in its day. Various amounts of all culture packed into the mosaics. The mosaic which was in the synagogue is such a depiction of events from the Bible.
  • Very impressive archaeological site with tons of mosaics, a great day out for kids and their parents.
  • After two weeks in Israel, one of the highlights. Truely breathtaking mosaics.
  • The Mona Lisa of mosaic is famous, but the zodiac floor of the ancient synagogue is also beautiful. The view from the fortress is magnificent.
