  • The museum is a fine space to visit. There are changing exhibitions and permanent collections. There is also a performing hall, a number of cafeterias, and a fine restaurant. Usually I enjoy visiting here. Today I didn't find an exhibition to my taste. May be because most of them were contemporary art, which I like on rare ocassions.
  • Great place to discover local and international art work. Not the most interesting collection in the world, but good for a nice afternoon when you are into mostly modern art. The building and its architecture are also a plus. Open on Saturday! Food in the cafetaria is too expensive.
  • One of the best world collections of impressionists and post-impressionists. Improves by the year with hundreds of bequests. And, of course, the building. A must
  • On the way back I realised that I could have taken one bus from Salame to the Tel Aviv Museum in shderot shaul hamelech that being dan bus no. 142 . The museum is always interesting. Different exhibitions for most tastes. Today there was a memorable movie "The Dancer". A beautiful life story of the youngest most famous prima male dancer at The Royal Ballet. A Ukranian, Sergei Polunin.
  • Very impressive collection, strongly exceeded my expectations. Works by Picasso, Rubens, Monet, Chagall, Toulouse-Lautrec, Kandinsky, Gris, Modigliani, Pissarro, etc., housed in two interconnected buildings, one of which is very remarkable. Highly recommended.
