  • Saturday Sabbath is closed many museums here are open, so come in handy. More collection here is excellent. Works as the main Impressionist mainly 20th century to modern paintings that are exhibited. So particular collection of Jewish Painter Marc Chagall works with abstract paintings and Cubism in Japan less attractive. We want to revisit.

  • Who would have thought? A museum full of attractions, beautiful contemporary art installations and large collection of modern art: Picasso, Chagall, Modigliani, etc

  • the Museum is worth a rate not only for exposure, but also for the architecture and design of the building itself. In the shop of the Museum there is a book about the building itself. I recommend to look through. Inside you'll find both permanent and temporary exhibitions. We were able to visit at all. Part of it was closed for various reasons. Upset closing on the restoration of the old master Gallery. Fortunately were opened two art collections of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings. Some podlenniki have been able to see for the first time. Surprised the artworks of contemporary authors. Especially grating stretched under the ceiling of one of the rooms. At first we decided that hit the household premise, but not on the wall was a plaque with a signature. So we learned that we have what we have. Name: masterpiece "Lattice". Despite minor flaws, the Museum has made a good impression. There is a desire to come back here again, when will open under the halls.

  • If you've been to other art museums in the US or other major international cities you'll be highly disappointed in this one. I looked through pictures I took from my visit to Tel Aviv and realized I didn't take a single picture from the museum so that'll kind of tell you how large their collection is. There's 2 parts to the museum, the newer part which contains the more modern art and the old main section that holds older pieces donated by collectors. It's about 1 hour to see the whole museum and only probably worth visiting if you have nothing to do on sabbath.
  • The main Tel-Aviv art museum with constant exhibitions and temporary ones. Big, spacious. If you're local - nice to come around once a year. You can spend here 2-5 hours easily.
  • This is a beautiful museum designed with lots of light and interesting angles as well as dark areas suitable for video presentations. There's a very pleasant outdoor sculpture garden with cafe. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the art nearly so much but it might appeal more to those who like the more modern.
  • Diverse, rich and well planned exhibitions covering period from modern to contemporary art. The place to explore current art scene of Israeli art. Very helpful stuff. Good cafeteria
  • Enjoyed our visit. This is a world class institution. We went on Shabbat and it was open but quiet. A good time to enjoy the art. Some of the best collections of modern art and Jewish art in the world. Marc Chagall is highly represented. Some interesting interactive displays as well.
