Tayelet serves as a beachside promenade that runs for 5 km (3.1 mi) along the coast that provides access to ocean views, public beaches, and public amenities along its length. Edged by the sand on one side and vegetation and public parks and playgrounds on the other, the promenade is accessible and family-friendly. Near the port, the coffee shops and restaurants line the walkway. You can walk, jog, or rent a bike to traverse its length and see the varied neighborhoods at the shore's edge.   • What can be said about a promenade? Wide path, sea, nice people… but I want to give credit for the change it is going through. For years it was narrow, trees everywhere, no room for bikes and/or joger...  more »
  • A great promenade, with bicycles, beaches, places for recreation and a café. The sand is clean enough, but the culture of the population do not have enough not to throw cigarette butts in it and the remains of food or packaging.
