Where to stay in Tel Aviv

Dedicated to beach culture, Tel Aviv features many mid-range hotels facing the sea. Look for accommodations here if you plan to spend much of your time in or near the water. For easier access to top cultural attractions, opt for boutique establishments in the southern section of the city center, where you'll also find numerous restaurants and cafes. Alternatively, stylish options in Jaffa (the port area) provide access to the city's Arab heritage and a chance to discover a vibrant street life and numerous markets.

  • The architecture of the mosque and the surrounding area bring you back in time for a glimpse of the past. We highly recommend checking it out; so bring your camera. :-) Happy Traveling, ExploreTravele...  more »
  • It is the oldest extant mosque in Jaffa. Very useful for fishermen and sailors due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea.  more »
