  • In each of his visits to Israel, trying to reach this point on the map. This is the border of Israel and Lebanon. Wonderful and is known for its karst caves and grottoes total length more than 200 meters, drenched in sea water, where giant sea turtles swim. Also this place is known, however, that according to legend, it is thanks to these caves Alexander the great cut the tunnel for passage to the South after the conquest of tyre in 333 BC, at the beginning of the 20 century Britons through these cave hacked a path for the railroad linking Lebanon and Israel. And the road was blown up by militants by Israel in 1948 the Hagana units, during the war of independence. Today it is a tourist center with cable passages through grottoes, lektoriem and restaurant with beautiful views. Go, you won't regret it, and that you will compensate lookout pay funicular:-)
