  • Wonderful experience to visit this museum. Thank you! Helpful staff and awesome interactive information. It brought tears to my eyes to have affirmation about how God loves the Jewish nation and has spoken through the ages to non Jewish believers about His purposes for Israel. I'd love for the DVD of the exhibition be shown in every church in the UK!
  • WOW!!! A unique experience. An interactive museum that surprises you. A must visit stop in Jerusalem
  • I Was sitting in the museum's coffee shop, trying to check the vibe before entering. Than i decided to use the toilets. I followed the toilet sign down the stairs, and found my self, without any warning or door, in a space filled with few toilet cabins. I entered one of the cabins, and was surprised to hear female voices outside. I thought i entered the female toilet by mistake, but than i understood from the conversation outside that this toilet are common for both genders. Now how disgusting and humiliating is that? Who would want to see his mother or sister entering a toilet filled with man? And this pathetic place still call itself "israel friends museum". toilets like that might be called english, or american, or anglo - american, or german, or anglo-saxon, or protestant, or liberal, or progressive, or transgender, but ISRAELI they are not ! JEWISH the are not ! toilets like that reminds me stories about concentration camps, where both genders had to use the same toilet. yak.
  • Great interaction in multimedia presentation's. Impressive
  • Great experience. The museum does a great job of presenting the history in a fair and inedibly engaging format. Also, the coffee from the cafe is par for the course, the great quality I've come to expect when travelling to counties that don't put up with burnt coffee.

Where to stay in Jerusalem

Although it lacks a big selection of mid-range options, Jerusalem provides plenty of choices in the top-end hotel category. The Old City contains the bulk of Jerusalem's small hotels, inexpensive hostels, and religious hospices, all of which appeal to budget-conscious travelers. West Jerusalem offers additional options in the form of guesthouses and bigger hotels, some of which boast five-star ratings. If you just need a bed, consider a youth hostel, where you can choose between private and common rooms with Wi-Fi included.
