  • Archaeological Park of Ofel' is located near the southern wall of the Temple Mount, next to the Waste gate, not far from the Western Wall. Out of the Park is visible the dome of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Here the remains of ancient buildings. Pile of stones in the Park recalls the destruction of the second temple.

  • I had visited the Teaching Steps in 1999, and there is now so much more to see. From the fallen cornerstone of the temple to the kiosks of the moneychangers, there is so much history to experience.
  • Ofel′ Hill chose King David to build his new city of Jerusalem. "Ofel′" means Hill, Greek Acropolis. Now on the South external side walls of the old city Archeological Park is arranged. There you can see the results of the multi-year excavation of this unique place, including Gate Hulda and artifacts the excavations times of the second temple. Here is the center of Davidson.
