  • A very beautiful place.
  • A hidden gem in the old city of Jerusalem, the "Redeemer Church" has a beautiful mediaval and an interesting and important underground archaeological display, but mostly, a stunning panoramic view from the top of its bell tower!
  • My entire trip to Palestine was all about seeing this place with my own eyes. I'm Palestinian. My family left Gaza in 1960 due to my grandfather finding work in Egypt and then Qatar. My family have never returned home, until July 2012. I came to Jerusalem and I saw this place. I didn't sleep at all the first night. I just stood on the roof of the Hashimi hotel and gazed at ir until 8am. I realised a childhood dream and I finally returned the blood of my family to our homeland. I intend to return again soob, maybe in a few months Insha'allah

  • Near the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, a nice white church that offers arguably the best view of the Old City. You don't have to be Lutheran to enter, so feel free to come in and enjoy the view as well!
