Driving or walking up to Baha'i Gardens and Golden Dome remains a jaw-dropping experience, as the symmetrical and perfectly manicured grounds seem impossibly difficult to maintain. Tours of the gardens take place in several languages a few times a day and are the only way visitors can see the site up close. Walk with your guide from the gardens' tallest point down to the shrine of the Bab, a Baha'i holy leader and prophet. Dress modestly to cover your shoulders and knees and keep in mind that no food or drink except for water may be brought into the gardens.
