  • Place where Mary mother of Jesus met Elizabeth the mother of John the Baptist, set on a hill the church has a beautiful modern day sculpture and the church on top has lovely paintings depicting various events in Mary's life.
  • Situated high overlooking Ein Kerem, the church area is beautiful. Apart from the view and the nice climb up to the church, there are cute gardens and nice historical buildings. The church itself is nice, especially the mosaic of animals.
  • Place of a part of the Ave Maria and of the Magnificat. Rebuilt in 1621 and 1955. In the upper church, memory of the Lepante 1571 victory.
  • Nice place to visit during a summer day. Beautiful church and lovely restaurant around
  • The Church of the Visitation in Ein Karem, Israel, honors the visit paid by the Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus, to Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist.
