Sunset tour, private cars, an excellent guide (Kibbutz Eliphas) walk. Explanations about the geologic history and morphology of the surface. It is also recommended for children.

Well ... We packed up ourselves, we took little equipment, night bus trip from Tel Aviv to prevent organized. Exit at 15:00, at 8:00 in the morning the next day. The goal, see hot-air balloons, night observation, amber stars through telescopes, sightseeing and tour. So everything was learned but when balloons weren't. It was too hot, couldn't make the ball that got porachabtdd. Yes! No balls, one bullet! Not absurd. So, some tours were watching the stars with telescopes, a long trip. Sets כ"בסדר". Who didn't miss a thing.

Park "Timna" became for us a unique place. We drove there by car, which is rented. The atmosphere of the Park created with love. All stops in the Park thought: an opportunity to learn information on the information boards. Surprising shapes of the rocks. Copper King Solomon's mines. All equipped with stairs. We have not found any "avast! Dangerous! ". All within the human responsibility for your life! The tabernacle is a separate experience. See looked like the Ark of the Covenant-it's like touching a holy and innermost as part of world history. But most of all I was impressed by the Park. sorry ... toilet. A day when we visited Timnu, it was + 45. Desert. Heated air. And in the toilet worked mozgan. Cool. Everything is clean, they just left the man who cleaned it! Well, at the end of the Park was a film in Russian! We specially they are viewing! and hit on him! Cool room complement the cinema experience. We had a 3 man, but "cinema" was! Certainly, who loves Israel, who knows the story, anyone who has ever read the Bible, this place definitely need to be!

Very big and beautiful park. A lot of places to visit and to see. The park is dedicated to King Salomon Cooper mines and the early period of Cooper discovering. The park can be a part of a trip and also a full day activity or even more. The nature is magically beautiful. There is a big possibility to see some animals from this area. Very recommended place.

Their animated intro video to the park is so corny that it's AMAZING!! The views, copper mines, and geology are simply breathtaking. Even in the summer! Get the dates they sell at the water area. They're delicious!

We had a guided tour with the guide coming around on the bus with us. Began with a video explaining the history of the location and we learned about how copper and iron were mined and refined beginning thousands of years ago. The scenery was beautiful throughout as well.

A really beauty of nature. Strong site to visit again and again to relax and refill your battery. Highly recommended to all who lack a great veiw and sound of silent. There is also great view on Timna park from Berekh mountain (הר ברך) that can be accessed from road #12, some say that is the best desert view in Israel.
