  • Maybe because of my advanced years, I didn't find the exhibits very interesting: they only date back to the early 20th century. I have seen copper kettles, enamel ware, basket ware, and such in my grandmother's house since my early years. (Perhaps I should become a museum exhibit 😞 ) Maybe young kids would find it interesting, if they have never seen telephone handsets with rotary dials or a treadle sewing machine. Otherwise, I don't think it is worth the entrance fee.
  • What a fantastic museum for families with children! Recommend reserving a tour with a guide/actor who portrays shop keeper, pharmacist, and other jobs from the last century. The actor did a wonderful job of telling the stories of what life used to be like in those times, keeping both kids and adults engaged and entertained. Worth every penny spent.
  • Fascinating display of artifacts from the early 1900s on. Great displays of how people lived. Kids loved it, so did the adults. Get it as part of the Akko package.
  • Very nice attraction, not for little kids
  • Nice collection of items, gives a full sense of time travel.
