  • Stayed here for 2 nights in one of their lodges. Accommodation was great, all mod cons, large bedrooms, and plenty of space too. Lodges are situated less than a 5 min walk to the golf course. Great value too, worked out at around €30 each per night (for 5 ppl in the lodge). We also played 2 rounds of golf here. Nice course, with one or two memorable holes; the 3rd hole being one of them. Fairly generous fairways, with light rough. However, the bunkers could do with more sand and less stones. Value wise it was ok, €35 on the Friday and €40 on the Saturday. Would I stay here again, yes. Would I play this course again, hmm I'd check what other nearby courses had to offer first before booking a round here.
  • I've never stayed in the hotel but the restaurant and afternoon tea are first class. the grounds and walk around the island are lovely and suitable for all ages to enjoy
  • Beautiful castle. I loved the ferry to the castle. Golf course club house dinner was amazing. We stayed in the presidential and it could have not been a better experience. Amazing experience! Golf course is exceptionally beautiful
  • Wonderful place to stay! If you looking for a low key evening, then this is the place. Located on an island, with dinner options on two locations: inside the castle or at the bar on the golf course. We stayed in a ""lodge" which was great for three couples or a family. It was just the two of us so we had PLENTY of room.
  • Superb Golf Course, play this on a regular basis , kept in great condition all year round and clubhouse food very nice, good value for money!
