Richard Castles designed several famous homes and buildings throughout Ireland, including the Leinster House in Dublin.   • Amazing breakfast scrambled eggs , clonakikty black pudding , chorizo and sourdough bread ! The downside is the restaurant doesn't open until 10 and closes at 4! so it's really only suitable for a lei...  more »

  • This is one of the best small museums in Ireland. The free tour is excellent. A must for Irish Georgian furniture lovers.
  • Great porridge with fruit and cup of coffee while watching slideshow of old black and white photos of Waterford.
