Aqua Dome, Tralee
Categories: Water Parks, Water & Amusement Parks
Escape the chilly winds at Aqua Dome, an indoor water park that maintains its tropical temperature throughout the year. Take an energetic swim in one of the wave pools, or float down the lazy river. Changing rooms and public and private showers are available, and an on-site shop sells swimwear. If you'd prefer to stay dry, try out the indoor mini-golf or game zone within a classic arcade. Check the park's website for monthly discounts; note that these online-only discounts are not available at the reception desk. Arrange to visit Aqua Dome and other attractions in Tralee using our Tralee vacation trip planner.

I went with my husband. If we had our daughters with us out would have been more reasonably priced. For those from the US it is the basic waterparks now available at hotels. It was not advertised to bring your own towel (what tourist travels with beach towels in September?) so that made getting dressed unpleasant. The outdoor slide was closed as it was September (which seems reasonable) so only one was open. The "hot tub" or "spa" was maybe two or three degrees warmer than the pool water so that was a huge disappointment as we had wanted to go mostly for that. The rapids that would turn on were fun. Not many people were there so that was nice. Coed dressing area was new to me but the dressing rooms were adaquate. For a family a much better stop. For two adults; I'd pass.
Great for the kids but expensive for what it is. Also, can get very crowded especially during the summer.

I thought it was great it was a bit dangoures for little kids but other than that it was a great experience
A bit expensive for what it is and can be very crowded in the summer.
Great place to swim or play in general, especially if you're looking for water sports.
