  • It's really worth going inside and getting a tour of the rooms of Slane Castle. The bedrooms are still in use (by guests) so they seem a bit more modern. But the main halls and dining room - and the spectacular ballroom - are all just how you would imagine somewhere like this to look!
  • New whiskey distillery being built and will be well worth a visit . Beautiful place.
  • Excellent tour of a beautiful castle..lovely refreshments.
  • August 25 2001- U2. Just utterly awesome. Great venue. Been 3 times. This was the best by a long way. The natural slopes keep the sound in and it's so picturesque. Hell of a walk to get to it especially on a hot day.
  • Beautiful grounds to take a walk on. The coffee shop was average and the staff were a little slow on a not so busy day when I visited. But other than that a very pleasant experience.
