After reading reviews about this place being a great gastro pub we made the fairly long trek from Kinvara to eat there. It was disappointingly average. We were seated in the Storehouse, which is - as.... more »

Excellent food and friendly service. I had the special, a huge portion of salmon in puff pastry. Delicious! Oh, and there was a group of local musicians playing trad music all thru dinner! Magical!!!
Lovely, friendly spot. Rambled in, on a Tuesday evening. Seemed v busy but, we waited & were soon seated in a grand corner. Music was taking place, fine musicians seem to wander in & perform. Terrific salads & great Smoked Salmon (the owners also produce the wonderful Burren Smokehouse Salmon. A gem, an unspoilt traditional pub
Great roadside pub close to the Burren Smokehouse. Well worth a stop for the fabulous food and friendly staff.
Went there for lunch - It was okay. Beef and Stout Pie was alright. Crab Cakes were nice. Place was cold and not overly inviting though. Probably best at night for a pint and light bite.
Really tasty seafood chowder and home brewed lager. The staff were great and the live music was really enjoyable.
