Paddywagon Tours, Limerick

💯% recommended. The tour through the Cliff Of Moher was really good. Our tourist guide 10/10 and also explained everything really good. The weather was our allied that day!.

My friend and I bought the tour from Limerick to the Ring of Kerry on Jul 24 2022. When I arrived to take the bus, we noticed that the driver had trembling hands. During the trip, he was driving very unstable — on the highway, the bus swayed a lot and was almost consistently crossing over the white road markings. We were afraid, and it seemed like many other passengers did not feel safe as well. Despite our excitement to visit the Ring of Kerry we made the decision to prioritize our safety and leave the bus at the first stop. We emailed Paddywagon for a refund, but they replied saying that it’s not possible. They just offered us another trip. However, we are leaving in a few days and another tour is not possible with our schedule. Despite explaining our situation several times, they were very adamant about this no-refund policy. By the way, the bus was old, uncomfortable, and there were no toilets. My suggestion: keep far from Paddywagon. It will be better if you buy a green bus ticket, and enjoy a day at Killarney National Park.

I really enjoyed the tour. I want to repeat this trip next year!

It includes very beautiful souvenirs (cups, accessories and others). Nice and helpful staff.

I took a tour today to the Cliffs of Moher. Paddywagon tours is not a very competent operator. They had overbooked the tour on the big bus and called in an extra smaller bus. We were supposed to have commentary and Wi-Fi. We had neither even though we had paid for it. Our tour was an hour shorter than it was supposed to be and the driver clearly did not want to be there. I will never use this company again. I should have taken the city bus it would have been a much better value.
