  • I remember when the museum was housed in Johns Square there seemed to be much more in it. This is a very small collection and while it has a few interesting exhibits it hardly warrants existence by it...  more »
  • Very nice and informative Museum at the City Hall in Limerick. Something hiding in the main building with beautiful exhibits. Moved straight into the building.

  • I got very lucky when I went there. It was an exhibition of World War I and how the irish were involved. Very well curated, many photographs of Irish soldiers and their days on the trench. There is also helmets, weaponry, and of course, great information about the war and items on display. I enjoyed to see the roles of women on the war, the used nurse apron with blood stains was impressive. There is also a memorial of all Irish who gave their lives at the war. A great history lesson about the Irish and WW1.
