  • The whole family will love this place. They have a fantastic mix of exotic creatures. All sorts of birds, reptiles and insects, including an amazing butterfly sanctuary. There is also an excellent play area for the kids, just in case they do somehow become bored. And they there's big garden centre for those green fingers.
  • Nice zoo. But is it worth a visit? If you are single or a couple: i think you might better save your time and money. If you are a family, schoolclass or interested in birds: it is worth a visit! If you are staying in Letterkenny for a longer time and you run in rainy weather: it is a must Cons: - the Dino Den is not really interesting or well made up. But they are creating a new, larger area. - the price is very high. Even higher than in many european zoos. - after half an hour you have seen everything in the zoo Pros: - it is a paradise for children. You are really close to the animals. - the price seems to be way too much. But: food is expensive. So is the care for the animals. - it is a good attraction for rainy days.
  • Surprise treat of the week! Lovely day out with a lovely friendly staff. Highly recommended for a day out, with or without children!!
  • A little gem in Letterkenny. Kids absolutely loved it. A great variety of animals and birds and some tasty lunch available too.
  • Amazing animal park great for a family day out and you can meet some of the animals every day at 1pm
