  • Beautiful place for a picnic and a stroll. Super views of the valley.
  • My backyard. Love walking here with the dog's.
  • Visited out of season so the cafe wasn't available, but fascinating gardens and parkland very well kept. The walled garden is a treat and of course the Monkey Puzzle Walk is unique in Ireland
  • Fantastic park, have loved it since a child. It's idea for a family day out complete with playground or just for a stroll. Pack a picnic and it makes a cheap family outing. Love the wildlife guides and historical facts posted around the gardens. I don't mind the €4 parking fee as a park this size requires alot of maintenance.
  • Excellent afternoon out, great gardens and arboretum. Good playground for kids as well.
