beautiful stone bridge which has had some lime mortar to support the bridge a few years ago.the tidy town group is trying to keep the knot weed down which is growing along the stream borders.

Beautiful area,Kenmare delightful town,food excellent.

Cromwell's Bridge is a misnomer, as Cromwell had nothing to do with the bridge, and didn't come near the place. Aside from that, it is a very interesting stone arched pedestrian bridge relic that is an easy side stop when walking about Kenmare. I wouldn't drive to it specifically, unless you have a niche fascination with 12th century bridges.

A beautiful spot for history lovers and just a short walk from the main square in Kenmare Town.
-
Badly signposted, did get to see it up close and personal as the small modern bridge we crossed seemed to be marked as Cromwells Bridge?
-
It is a very beautiful place, I highly recommend to visit this place and to see this old bridge that is dating back to the 17th century. Also, souranding is nice as well. Must-see place.
