  • Just a few minutes from the station to Howth castle can be accessed with a short walk and enter his large park and admire its walls and towers ... Too bad he's not open

  • Howth is located just outside the Centre of this beautiful but what dilapidated Castle. It is in private hands and therefore not open to the public. A section of the garden and golf course are to visit. There is a cooking school in established and there is a small museum in the outside. Not much to see so. Too bad it's so decayed.

  • A location near Howth station, on a golf course, with the wide view of the sea in the background. I can not give you 5 stars for not having entered. We continued towards the oldest dolmen in Ireland. Howth is beautiful as well as its people.

  • Well located, surroundings and castle looks very nice, how ever this is privet property so there is no chance to visit castle
  • If u're looking for a castle to tour, this is not it. It seems like it's a private resident, or just re-purposed for some other business. I saw a cafe around the corner, but for the most part, it doesn't seem like waking around inside is possible at Howth Castle. If you're taking the bus to Howth for the day to run around, you can skip this stop.
  • Great place
  • Nice but closed to the public damage
