  • It is small, it runs in a short time. There are different positions. We recommend going to eat something there. And with money to buy some gifts.

  • Do not know if is put all those days or only some. The case is, I saw it on Sunday morning. It is something hidden since it moves away from the Centre of Galway and its busiest streets, more is almost inaccessible. I think that for this reason same it seemed more original. There are many tourists, hence have few reviews here on tripadvisor. Obviously as a traveler you will not buy fish or fruit (usually) so it is more intended for the people who live there rather than to those who are going to spend a few days. There is to compare it with another type of markets since, obviously, this will be more canijo than the rest of them that I have seen. However it does have its charm and its must-see when you wake up in the city Sunday.

  • Nice store, super friendly staff and unique collection.
  • I stopped in at The Galway Woolen Market on a recent bus tour through Ireland. A nicer group of ladies you could not have met. They were kind and helpful and pleasant to talk to. The store has a tremendous amount of reasonably priced souvenirs that you cannot find anywhere else. I only wish I had brought a larger suitcase.
  • Lovely people working here, well priced yarn. A pleasure, and I will be back!
