  • If you can see the book store, you know what is meant by the title. Metre-high shelves with books in a broad and narrow shop as you would have ended up in a maze of books. Wouldn't be surprised if even the walls would move. Pretty much all the subject areas are covered and time the specimens range from historic to modern. Competent and friendly staff. You can read books here casually, there is extra seating. A thoroughly authentic experience.

  • One of the best bookshop of Galway. I found all thw books I was looking for . The prizes were really nice. I can spend hours and hours in such beautiful places.
  • An incredible array of books and topics cover the store from floor to ceiling. Almost anything that your heart desires can be found within this lovely nook hidden away from the bustling streets of Galway.
  • This is a great bookshop with a huge range of book titles old and new and a loads of different sections to browse. great to go in and have wander to find interesting new books. If you are looking for something specific the staff are very happy to help.
  • This gem if a book shop is always worth a visit, a great stock and a lovely atmosphere for browsing. The kind of book shop that every town should have, but almost nowhere does.
  • Get lost in a different dimension with the manner they organize and section their books in here. Never hesitate to approach the staffs shall you require assistance because they are extremely amiable and smart. Ask them for recommendations. They have awesome signboards and applicable for kids of all ages. Its quite spacious and more than just your average bookstore.
