  • It's a park very nice, ideal to take a walk, do some sport or take your pet, dedicated to the Irish who died in the first world war. It has its area of picnic by the River, so when the weather's nice, you can take the snack, although you miss something more than care in some areas.

  • Really nice area to go to visit. The gardens are amazing and their is so much to see. Alot of history throughout the park, would recommend this for a nice summers day out.
  • Peaceful and tranquil. Easily excusable even for people with mobility difficulties. The park is always immaculately keeped
  • Beautifully kept gardens. Great for an evening walk
  • A lovely place for a stroll in the summer when the sun is out. Plenty of room to view the flowers
  • Elegant and Peaceful, a fitting tribute to the thousands of Irishmen who gave their lives for a cause that they believed in.
