  • For a small space, which adds to the intimacy of the experience, they have a good variety of books and each section has a good selection of titles. Lots of books but an easy place to browse in. The big picture windows make it feel bright and airy. The bookshop doesn't just sell books, it supports readers through it's quirky little index-card reviews, and it supports authors by hosting readings and launches. The owner's love of his shop and of books is infectious.
  • Good collection, service is very bad. Staff keeps chatting while 'helping' you. When I asked for a gift wrap I was told to buy an entire roll of wrapping paper.
  • Great bookstore. Found some beautiful copies of books I love.
  • Excellent book shop
  • Absolutely beautiful little bookshop that I really hope survives. Stocking a range of idiosyncratic titles along with the usual best sellers, everything is so artfully arranged that it's just a joy to walk it to. It also sells fun but wholesome type toys like puppets. It's kind of what libraries and schools *should* look like. Bright, clean and fun to explore. Hey everyone! Go buy some books!
