  • Walking into this shop will leave you with a feeling of displeasure, so avoid it. Rather go to Peterson, James Fox or online. In terms of customer service: some staff are arrogant, obnoxious (for example he will throw the products on the counter if he doesn't like your head). Also, cigars are overpriced: 10 mini partagas for 20 Euros, 10 hamlet for 30 Euros.
  • They have a very good selection of cigars. The staff are knowledgeable and can provide guidance, whether it's your first cigar, or something different from what you traditionally buy. Prices for cigars in Ireland are the 2nd highest in the EU but this place seems to be one of the most reasonably priced I've found in Ireland.
  • Lovely store with, presumably, a huge selection of high quality cigars. I come here for the coffee however. They use Cuban beans and serve possibly one of the best coffees in the city. The store itself is fantastic looking, and very relaxing. A serious bonus since its overlooks Grafton Street.
  • Beautiful coffee. I'm not a cigar person, but I visit the shop just for their coffee. Lovely atmosphere in the shop too. Big bonus is they serve a good small sized black coffee that lets you enjoy the taste, unlike most places that drown the coffee in water!!
  • Really enjoyed this place! A young man with black hair served me and was more than helpful. It was my first time buying a pipe as well as some tobacco and he suggested some fantastic stuff. Guided me through the different tobaccos and let me smell them. Ended up buying a nice briar pipe with some rum flavoured tobacco AND a complimentary box of matches! I think these guys have s few customer for years to come :)
