  • It is one of the statues in the great O'Connell Street; It shows James (Big Jim) Larkin an Irish leader of unionism and leftism. The representation of the character is eloquent as his hands express it and embody her haranguing to get emancipated... You place it in the area close to the post office. Enjoy of O'Connell Street. LIFE... it's a trip!

  • While strolling down O'Connell Street, you can't help but notice the beautiful statues all in a row. Jim Larkin's statue is very nice, with his hands aloft!
  • There are 4 statues in O'Connell street, this is one of them. I know that Larkin is an Irish politician and that is all I know about him. So you can visit Larkin when you are in the vicinity.
  • Iconic statue commemorating 'Big Jim' Larkin of 1913 Lockout fame. His most historic speech was given from the balcony of the adjacent Clery's department store. Ironic, that a century later Clery's own workers would themselves be victims of a lockout.
  • Nice
  • Love that statue!
  • Iconic location
